Intel UHD 620 - code 43 error for infinity in Vostro 5481

Question

My Dell is a Vostro 5481 with Intel UHD 620 Graphics. Tried to install the updated driver, but failed (error 43 in driver). All the times. Just can back to the MS basic driver. The problem is that I can't use the HDMI port because of that. I've read many tutorials and solutions: reinstalled driver in safe mode, rolled back to old versions... nothing worked.  I suspect that has some connection with the new version of Windows. I don't know. Anyone here has this too? How to solve it?

New version of Windows? What does that mean?

Don't know. Maybe the recent updates in windows 10 has some conflicts. Read about that somewhere here.
