Is this seal genuine?
Hello, today I received my brand new laptop, a Dell Vostro 3580. I am not sure if it is originally sealed or not though and I am afraid it is opened before, used or refurbished.
Is that a typical seal for Dell laptops? Wherever I searched, I didn't see this bad-applied seal tape on other laptops...

Did you buy it from Dell or another retailer or private seller? Contact Dell for order info and help--

We can't see the photos until they are approved by moderators.
Keep all the paperwork from the delivery service and from Dell. Does it feel like it has a laptop inside? You have to open it eventually to see if it is damaged or missing. Document everything. It probably is fine just mishandled. Dell packs its shipment very carefully.
