Keyboard is not working.
My laptop model is Dell Vostro 15-3568.
Some keys of my keyboard is not working.
4 5 R T F G C V these keys are not working.
What should i do? I've tested it in Bios mode tried to change the system password in BIOS mode by entering these keys but still it didn't work.

Attach an external keyboard (USB). If it works, replace the palmrest assembly, which includes the keyboard.
