Max external resolution for Vostro 3500
I have a Vostro 3500 with HDMI 1.4 port. As per my understanding HDMI 1.4 supports 4K resolution @30Hz.
Q1. Will I be able to connect to 4K monitor and get 4K resolution @ 30 HZ?
Q2. The Specs says it a one HDMI 1.4 port but puts a note that The maximum resolution supported by HDMI port is 1920x1080 @60hz (24 bit). Any reason for the same?

The answer to Q2 is the answer to Q1 - no, the HDMI port on this model is clearly listed as FHD only.
The implementation of the HDMI port on this model is limited to a lower resolution than the maximum for an HDMI 1.4 port (this is an entry level budget model system, so that's the tradeoff for the entry-level price of the system).
