My device cannot charge
I already plugged in my pc. The plug in light is not on, but the battery is like picture below. However, it doesn't increase nor decrease. What should I do now?

Press F2 a few times at powerup - go into Setup. Does the system recognize the AC adapter by its power rating or does it show unknown?
