If you buy elsewhere, be cautious, as there are many counterfeit and low-quality batteries sold on-line.

I suggest that you contact Parts-People to ask them what is possible. 

This may not be simply a Parts-People policy. I think that US law may disallow some types of computer parts to be exported to Pakistan.

Parts-People ships to India, so that could be an option if you live near the border.

My Dell Vostro 14 3468 battery is also dying now. And I don't know where to buy another. The one in my laptop before is 14.8V/2750mAh, 40 Wh battery of type M5Y1K 14.8V. On the internet I can find this type of battery but they are not 2750mAh, instead they are only 2200mAh. So if you know where to buy a good quality battery if not the Genuine Dell battery then let me know. Plz. The 41000+ mWh designed capacity is now left with only approx 8000mWh. And it's hard to get even 1 hour out of it.
