Order confirmation without calling to customer service

Hello, I need to confirm a purchase order that I made yesterday (Jul/19).

Today (Jul/20) I received an email saying that a potential security problem was found with the order, and I need to confirm it. But I am currently outside the United States and I cannot call your contact center. Is there any other way to solve this problem and continue with the purchase of Vostro 7510?
