Problem with AC power adapter

Hello,

whenever i turn on my PC with the alimentator connected this error appears:

II have tried to use another alimentator, start diagnostics but nothing changed, always same error.

What can i do?

Dear Customer, Please buy new Adapter cable in Dell service center. But first at all i suggest please check charging support or not and your problem succecfully solved. I hope this is very helpful
