Hey i have been having a similar problem with my Dell Vostro 5370. Buttons are very slow to respond or non compliant at all. When they do respond the just repeat typing the same letter. I have just updated my BIOS and problem is still here. Any help you guys could give me?

Hi,
Please help me with the details below:
1. Is there any damage on the keyboard.
2. Are the keys hard to press?
3. Do you have an external keyboard to check with the system?
4. Run a test on keyboard via Support Assist.
You can follow the steps below to do so:
1. Type Support Assist in search.
2. Open Support assist.
3. Go to Troubleshooting> I want to check a specific piece of hardware.
4. Go to keyboard and run a test on it. Check if you face the same issue during the test.
Please share the results obtained so that I can assist you.
Could you also provide me the following details for me to
