Show touchpad button in Taskbar settings in Dell Vostro not available

Hi Community members,

Touchpad in my Vostro laptop is enabled in Settings. Then I right click on Taskbar and try to switch on the on-screen touch pad I don't see the option to switch it on. Is this option no more available in Vostro laptops. Looking at the Dell videos it seems the option should be available. Can you help me with this please? I have attached the screenshot from my taskbar settings which shows 'Show touch keyboard button' but not the 'Show touchpad button'.
