SSD resulting in stop at windows logo

Hi, I'm a Dell Vostro 5470 user,
and I just bought an ssd for my laptop.
but it turned out that I had an error after installing the operating system, it was exactly stuck on the windows logo. loading does not run at all. I've tried various operating systems, but the result is still the same. I have also tried on UEFI partition and BIOS but the result is the same. Please help with the information if anyone knows how to solve this.

Note: When I installed the OS on the SSD on another computer, I didn't find any problems.but after I returned it to my laptop, the operating system was not found.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Chynza

When loading the OS on the 5470 what do you have set in the BIOS "UEFI, Legacy, AHCI'???

Loading an OS on one system and trying to put it in another does not always work.

Unless you are loading Windows to Go.

Best regards,

U2

at first I used the BIOS settings, but it didn't work.
secondly I used UEFI settings, but it didn't work either.

I'm curious about the AHCI, I just checked my bios settings, in the SATA settings only AHCI is available, what does that mean?

I'm unclear on the sequence of events. Prior to your current error, did you install Windows while the SSD was in this laptop (the laptop it is currently in), or did you install Windows while the SSD was in another PC, after which you moved it to this laptop?
