Thread Struck Error - While Updating AMD driver
whenever i update my amd Graphics driver ...it is not getting fully installed and shows bluescreen error which shows thread struck error in device driver .....
i have troubleshooted all the possible ways but no use
i bought this laptop 1yr before and im now facing this issue
suggest me some solution
i have done all the things which are published on internet

Thank you for your message. Are you installing the AMD driver from Dell Support site or from the vendor site?
What is the bluescreen error you get?
Download & save the driver from the support site. Open device manager- expand graphics driver – right click on the AMD driver & click on uninstall (check the box that says delete driver). Do not restart the computer. Install the graphics driver saved on your desktop screen in elevated mode & restart the computer.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
