Vostro 14 3000 - Not Turning on/Booting Up (Second time)

Hi Team,

I Naveen Pillai has purchased the laptop on 29th Nov 2021.

Once i received the laptop i did all the basic setup and when i tried to restart the laptop it didn't turn on then immediately i called the support team and after troubleshooting the support team said there is some issue with motherboard so they arranged a on-site replacement for this and after 5 days the engineer visited the house and said there was charging pin issue inside laptop so he then rectified it and then since then till today it was working fine.

Today in the morning after my zoom call it got turned off and when i tried to start it wasn't booting. Even this time the issue was same like first time (no indication beside charging pin when plugged in & was not turning on). I quickly called the support team and same procedure was followed and was informed to me that on Wednesday the engineer will come and resolve the issue.

We all use dell laptops for working, if this is the case of buying new laptops then we will definitely stop that go for other brand.

As i am dependent on the laptop and every time will not be able to do this same process and wait for 5 - 7 days for the fix.

I request the dell team to help me with the issue and provide me new laptop.
Looking forward for the response.
