vostro 14 3468 (freezing and battery issues)

Hi,

I'm facing multiple issues with my laptop. The laptop freezes after a couple of minutes as I go to the full-screen option of video playing on any site or any application. and the laptop becomes unresponsive as I have to use the power button to shut it and restart it.

and the second issue I'm facing is the battery, my battery has good health, and as I connect it to the adapter after some while it stops charging and goes direct because as I remove the charger laptop shuts down.

I already update the drives and check the bios and adapter.

as I know this freezing issue is due to the window defender's last update.
