Vostro 15 3515, red stripes on LCD

Whatever caused it, it is physical damage and the screen needs to be replaced.  

Hello everyone,

I had contacted Dell back in October regarding this red lines on my LCD screen. I had to send my laptop back to them so they could replace the entire LCD screen as they said. The laptop came back and the problem is still here after they said they replaced. I contacted Dell today and now they are saying they cannot change because it is physical damage. However, months ago when they offered to change they have said it was a problem with the LCD itself. What should I do?

I do not see in the Social Media notes that they denied LCD replacement? Was that contact to Dell made through phone or email? I also do not see the pictures of you running the LCD BIST (Built-in Self Test) ?
