Vostro 1710 - System Configuration Data Write Error on boot. A12 Bios.

I recently replaced the motherboard on this laptop from an nVidia board to an Intel board as the graphics chip failed. After installing the board and turning the laptop on, the Dell logo shows then the it goes to the 'System Configuration Data Write Error' message and beeps twice. (See Picture)

I thought of reflashing the BIOS but because the computer is already running A12 BIOS I don't know how to reflash the same bios version on this laptop.

If I press F1, the computer boots up normally and is in fully working order.

Does anyone know how to reflash the same BIOS version on this laptop and the cause of the error message at boot and how to rectify it. I've also tried reseating the RAM, unplugging the hard drives and plugging them back and I've reseated the processor. At the moment I'm at a loss of what to do. s-l1600.jpg

Have you solved it? Because the same thing happens to me.
