Vostro 3500 no audio output devices
Hi, My audio device can't be found by Windows 10 and Windows 11, on Ubuntu is OK.
After the BIOS update to version 1.11.0 my audio card can't be found by the Windows.
I try to install the drivers manually
Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver_TXHH9_WIN_6.0.9268.1_A05.EXE
Cirrus-Logic-High-Definition-Audio-Driver_TKHM4_WIN64_6.6001.4.12_A02.EXE
I try to add legacy hardware but nothing works on Windows 10 Pro. When I try to install Windows 11 after the update I got the audio to work but on restart the Windows can't find the sound card again... I try Ubuntu just to check if everything is fine with the hardware and the BIOS, the Ubuntu have no problem everything works correctly, I try to downgrade my BIOS to 1.7.1 but still not working I'm out of options so that's why I ask help here, I suspect that this issue is BIOS related.
