I just did a test and it came back with an error saying “critical error message. Testing completed. One or more errors were detected.

 

what do I do next??

Also when I go to diagnostics I don’t see anywhere about temperature

I followed the "Diagnostics "from here https://www.dell.com/support/home/ and it has reported issues with the machine.

No where can I find anything about fans/temperatures though?? This is a brand new machine I only received yesterday and it's extremely disappointing I'm having these issues right now.

Dell support now refusing to get back to me regarding this machine and its ongoing problems.

Im at the point where I rather a refund because after several tech visits, I see no solution to my problem.
