My account manager doesn't want to pick this up and Dell support said this is not a technical issue and to contact sales.

Call your local Dell office and ask for "spare parts".  In the US, it's 1-800-357-3355.

Call the Spare Parts number (assuming you're in the USA;  if not, call and ask for that department).  That's the only place you will be able to find the parts.

visit any local computer parts shop or someone who repairs these ; you can easily get this screw.

I have vostro 3490 & even my laptop doesn't have the screw in the 2 section of the photo. As i understand its for the heat sink on the SSD. 

May try that once lockdown is lifted.

I was hoping to get teh part number so I can order what I need and do it myself.
