Hello,

I have 2 Vostros with the following issues:

1st one has many issues:

• Camera is no longer working
• USB connections are not working (headset sound is cutting out when it works fine on another Vostro, etc)

 

2nd one has a broken backspace key. I was able to snap it back in 2 months ago and it was working fine, but now it's difficult.
