Hello, I have 2 Vostros with the following issues: 1st one has many issues: Camera is no longer working USB connections are not working (headset sound is cutting out when it works fine on another Vostro, etc) 2nd one has a broken backspace key. I was able to snap it back in 2 months ago and it was working fine, but now it's difficult.

1. error in Device Manager? 2. replace keyboard

Vostro 5490 USB issues, camera not working and broken key

Hello,

I have 2 Vostros with the following issues:

1st one has many issues:

Camera is no longer working
USB connections are not working (headset sound is cutting out when it works fine on another Vostro, etc)

2nd one has a broken backspace key. I was able to snap it back in 2 months ago and it was working fine, but now it's difficult.
