Vostro 5501 - Web browsing is not stable

The new Vostro 5501 is not stable when I go to the internet. I try Chrome, IE and Edge to browse the web site but it is very slow. The browser need to more time to load the page. I try to use command prompt to ping the web site. The result is stable. 

Finally, I reinstall the new windows (without any dell software). The problem has been solved.
