Vostro getting BSOD IRQL Not Less or Equal

My research shows this most likely being a driver issue. How can I figure out what the exact issue is to fix it?

Identify the driver causing the error using the crash dump file analysis. This can point to the faulty driver. Update all drivers related to core system components like chipset, graphics, network, SSD, etc. to the latest versions from Dell's support site. If a recent driver update occurred before the BSODs started, roll back the driver update. Uninstall/reinstall faulty driver identified via dump file if updates don't resolve. Try Dell's Support Assist tool which can automatically check and update drivers. Check Windows System Event log for driver error messages that may provide clues. Use Dell's drivers download tool to scan system and get recommendations for fixing outdated/incompatible drivers.
