Proxy on Client Side with Authentification

Question

Hi,

how is the vWorkspace Connector to setup when on ClientSide a Proxy is activated with Authentification ?

My Problem is that AppPortal cannot load the XML Files with following error:

"xml document must have a top level element"

When i Download the XML to local drive than i can import the XML but the Application cannot be started; with following error:

"The data is invalid"

Need Help.

I found out that the cause is a webcontent filter (DansGuardian) behind the proxy. When we avoid this than the connection is working. Has anybody experienced with something like this ?

Hello Ashad,

When you state that it is a webcontent filter, do you have the ability to place the file and / or website within the safe list of the webcontent filter? This way it will pass the content correctly to the intended end user client.
