2.0 Requesting a Microsoft Windows Reinstallation CD/DVD from Dell
Dell are currently shipping out most of their systems without reinstallation DVDs. For US customers there is an online request form for Reinstallation Media. For those customers not in the US you will need to contact Dell technical support and ask for one. The customer numbers are available here.
To improve the experience for customers from the rest of the world. Please vote on my idea Request a Reinstallation DVD form [Rest of the World]. Also see my poll here.

So, how do I get the Reinstallation CD/DVD for my laptop? I followed the "online request form for Reinstallation Media" link in your post and it took me through a registration process but that was it, I never got ANY information about ordering the Reinstallation CD/DVD??

I was sent these wrong disks i needed to get a factory restore for my laptop disk or cd...i have a dell 8 gb FACTORY RESTORE usb i tried but gives me weird opertions...
