02Micro CCID SC Reader Driver

I just reinstall Windows XP on a Latitude D820.

I installed the drivers in the suggested order.

• Dell™ Notebook System Software
• Intel® Mobile Chipset Driver
• Intel 945GM/945PM Video Controller
• NVIDIA® Quadro® NVS 110M/120M Video Controller
• O2Micro® Cardbus/Smart Card Controller
• Biometric reader drive
• Broadcom® NetXtreme™ 57xx Gigabit Integrated Network Controller
• Wireless driver (if applicable)
• SigmaTel® STAC 9200 Audio Driver
• MDC driver
• Alps Touch Pad Driver
• Bluetooth® driver and stack

After completing this I still have a device not reconized in Device manager and I can't find it on the driver download webpage.  It is listed in device manager as 02Micro CCID SC Reader Driver. Can someone help?
