100% disk usage new laptop

I got a new laptop recently Dell Inspiron 5577 i5-7300HQ Nvidia GTX 1050

I bought this laptop from USA and brought it to UK. After a few days there was a windows update last night. I open my laptop this morning and the laptop was slow with 100% disk usage. I tried so many solutions from yotube videos and guides but none work like disabling superfetch, windows search and diagtrack. I uninstalled softwares and changes in registry suggested by others and videos but none work. Are there any more solutions? I might need to factory reset but I don't want to go there.
