1420 Webcam

Question

Hi, I'm just wondering how to use the 1420's webcam creative program. It works fine when using messenger's video options but when I run Creative Live and start recording, it crashes after 1 second has passed.

How exactly does reading the manual help if I know how to install and run that application? When i press record, it says LiveCam.exe has stopped working after 1 second has passed. But I'm able to view the camera and use it with messengers. I'm using vista with the vista drivers/programs from the dell site.

Hi jb, Have you tried reinstalling the driver and the software which you can download from the support website? You can try downloading them from here.
