6T04 Adapter with Error Code 31?

Question

Vista Home Premium, in device manager I have a yellow flag on '6T04 Adapter' under Network Adapters. In properties it says error Code 31. This 6T04 Adapter also shows up under Problem Devices in system. What is it and how do I fix it? I've uninstalled it via Device Manager and it keeps coming back. I'm running a standalone system and don't use any networking.

I Have the same error code on a Dell Inspiron 530 ( Vista Home premium intel duo processor 2 GB memory 320hd ) Any help greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem as well. The link did not help anything (nothing happened after I unzipped it). I've got a fairly new (couple month old) xps m1210 running vista home premium.
