Abnormal Program Termination

Pop alerts indicate the following when attempting to download a Word document or utilizing Word not online:

                Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

                Runtime Error!

                Program:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\Winword.exe

                Abnormal Program termination

Cannot save anything and loose everything.  Very anonying and cannot rectify the problem.

Please Help!
