Action Center keeps telling me to scan drive for errors

Hello....

I have an Inspiron  15 3521 running Win 8.1. A message in Action Center states " scan drive for errors"

I click on run scan and it does scan I think, but that message in Action Center keeps coming back or doesn't ever leave.

I did a short hard drive test in My Dell which everything passed.

I also ran a chkdsk from an elevated command prompt and that ran successfully with no errors.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
