"Activate Bluetooth using wireless switch" Win10 Lat E6330
While installing the drivers for Bluetooth (Dell Wireless 380/1550/1550 Bluetooth Driver) on my Dell Latitude E6330 x64 bit using Windows 10, an alert came up as above. I've tried all of the solutions that I can figure out online (using the switch on the side, Fn +F2). Is there something else I can do to get past this? Unfortunately I'm not very computer savvy, but I can follow directions. Anybody got the steps to accomplish this?

Check your BIOS settings to be sure that Bluetooth is enabled. Also log into the support page with your tag number to verify that you are downloading the correct drivers. The following forum posts may help. One last question. Have you checked in Device Manager to verify which wifi adapter you have installed? If after all this you still cannot activate Bluetooth call Dell tech support in your region. There have been users that thought they had Bluetooth and in fact it was not installed in their system. To check the BIOS restart the system. At the Dell splash screen start tapping F2.
