Advanced INF install/missing file

Question

Just loaded the Windows 98 security update disk onto my old comuter.  All seemed to go well; however, after restarting I get a message stating:  'Error could not locate INF file 'D:\content\win9x\win98\W98resume.inf'.  I am afraid to reinsert the CD because it may cause further problems.  Can I uninstall these 'fixes' and reinstall the whole thing or can I simply try to find the missing file on the Security disk?  I simply click and go on with my work, but the machine does seem to 'freeze up' more often.  I would like to fix this problem.

Kasey6465, Look in Control Panel / Add Remove Programs and see if you can uninstall the 'fixes', I believe you can. Thank you for choosing Dell.
