Adware complication?

I downloaded Ad-aware and Spybot S&D and was able to eliminate some problems on my computer, but now I keep receiving an alert that erhxaqu.exe has encountered problems and needs to close.  This happens at least once every time I open a new page on the internet and occasionally several times as I sit on a page.  Does anyone know what is causing this or what this program is supposed to be doing?  Also, I do not have to be connected to the internet to receive this message.  It appeared just recently after I had rebooted my system but before I had even connected.
