AGP Texture Accerleration Help plzz 3100/E310

Question

k this is the second time im typing this :( jeeez k anywho ill type it again yesterday i bought myself call of duty 2 install went perfect my problem is though when i go to start it it says DirectX(R) encountered an unrecoverable error. Check the DirectX(R) FAQ for possible solutions. ive done all of the stuff i can do downloaded the new direct x drive and so on but it still wont work it also took me through some steps and at the end of those it says turn ( on ) for AGP Texture Acceleration i cant though because it is greyed out ive also done a little tad more research and i think people are saying download new drivers n such for your video card which i have no idea what it is.. ps its only the stock one i havent upgraded it but yes ne help would be muccccch appreciated thankyou-brady

Are you sure that the video card in that low end computer meets the requirements of the game?  It sounds like it doesn't.   Steve

That's the integrated graphics adapter.  It is a very low end video card, usually not recommended for high-end games.  If it does not support the texturing features the game requires, you will not get it to work.  I recommend the you post in one of the gaming forums for further advice.  Good luck! im like 99% sure it does because call of duty 1 works excellent on it   battlefield 1942 and also a another high demand game americas army does aswell   i also found out the video card is a   Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900   Message Edited by B-rady on 12-30-200611:03 PM
