This is due to the security settings Internet Explorer(IE); first disable your antivirus, second lower the security in IE(tool, Internet Options then in the security tab make sure Internet is set to Low)

 

Then try your updates...

 

All to often people are having increasing difficulty getting updates. There are many many other steps you may have to perform in order to get this to work.
