It should be the onscreen display driver see here:

Try taking the Windows 8.1 driver from the M17x-R4:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01771210M/1/Application_N9PMP_WN_0.32.0.8C_A00.EXE

Worked perfectly..
