Aol radio Errors within xpMCE and Dell E310

i have 2 brand new dells with windows xp media center edition 2005 as the OS, both are giving me the same problem and so is my wireles linksys Media center Extender... what happens is this..

in the media center program itself there is something called Online Spotlight, in it there is an AOL link which enables you to connect to AOL radio with XM if you have an AOL account... well when i connect to aol radio i get an error...

The Server returned an error: HTTP Status Code 500: Internal server error

i have been looking high and low, i have talked to AOhell techs and all and nobody seems to know what is going on, i don't know where to turn and i don't know how to fix this, it happens on both new dells like i said and even on my extender. can anyone help me out? or know who i should be contacting about this?

come on people, is it a software problem or a ISP problem?

will someone out there running  Win xpMCE please try and run aol radio with Xm through Online Spotlight and tell me if they get a Status Code 500 Error?? i think it may be my ISP, but they of course are denying it.. i need as many people as will do it for me to connect to it and let me know if they get the error or not.. i am using Optimum online... until i call and cancel it that is...
