That was merely one issue I experienced among an astonishing number of problems.  I have posted under XPS Portable General HW a "Total Failure" explanation that overviews my experience.  In addition to the error you received, I have also had multiple Mem fails.  Becoming sort of clinically fascinating, at this point.  Dell has promised to replace the machine, but has not yet.  We'll see.  Good luck to you.
