AUDIO DRIVER?
:emotion-1::emotion-6: I HAVE TRIED SO MANY DIFFERENT AUDIO DRIVERS.
I HAVE TRIED THE ONES SUGGESTED BY THIS SITE; I HAVE ALSO TRIED REALTEK AC97. I HAVE EVEN TRIED INTEL AUDIO DRIVERS.
I RECEIVE THE MESSAGE THAT NOT A SINGLE DRIVER IS COMPATIBLE WITH MY PC.
I AM AT A LOST OF FINDING THE RIGHT DRIVER FOR MY COMPUTER. I HAVE NO SOUND COMING FROM MY SPEAKERS.YES..THE SPEAKERS ARE PLUGGED INTO THE RIGHT USB PORT. HERE IS WHAT INFORMATION I CAN INCLUDE WITH THIS QUERY:

Most of what you posted is not needed. We need to know the actual PC Model Number, such as Dimension 5100, Studio XPS 7100, etc. We can then look up what the Dell Integrated sound driver is for that PC model and XP.
Also, what caused you to need to install the sound driver? Did you reinstall Windows?
If you reinstalled Windows there is a required install sequence and if it's not followed device drivers including the sound cannot be installed. Install sequence (1) Install Windows (2) Install Dell Desktop or Laptop System Software on applicable models (3) Install Motherboard Chipset (4) Install device drivers including Video, Dell sound driver, Ethernet, etc.
