aulauncher won't install on Windows 8! Help!
Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 15 notebook. I accidentally uninstalled My Dell Support Center...
I went to dell support website... downloaded the "aulauncher.exe"
I double click it...
Windows prompt "Do you want to allow the following program to made changes to this computer"
I click YES. Then nothing happen!
It just go back to my desktop.
Anyone can help???

I called tech support... all they tell me is made sure your windows is up today. Flash Player is installed, and Java is installed. Made sure you have .NET 4.5!
I got Windows 8.1. When I try to install Flash Player and .NET it say my operation system had it build in already!
Java, I uninstalled and reinstalled... still I can't install My Dell Support Center.
Anyone can help? I double click "aulauncher.exe" and nothing happen!
I tried the same file on my Windows 7 machine.. and it worked fine!

Dell Support Centre is obsolete and is now My Dell (a bad name in my opinion as it can be confused with My Dell Downloads). Are you trying to install My Dell from here?
