automatic logging out 1sec after log in! XP

Question

When i log into win XP, i see the desktop picture, then i am automaticly logged back out to log in screen again, i tried all accounts, noone is woorking.
Anyone else had this problem, and know how to fix it?

no, havent used spyware/adware in a while, but cant do that now either, since i cant get into windows! maybe its a virus, but i cant check since i cant run any virusprogram atm!

thx i can get into windows now, but i dont have any  menu bar/icons on desktop! all i can do is   ctrl/alt/del.  Anyone know how i can get back the icons and start menu bar?
