Backup Problems

Runing XP on Dimension E310.

When try to run backup I get a message:-

 

The Backup Utility cannot connect to the Removable Storage service. This sevice is required for use of tape drives and other backup devices.

 

Please exit abd start the Removable Storage service using the System Services function of the Management Console.

 

Now where do I go  to do this. I can not fined any of the above to start the Removable Storage service.

So What do I do to solve this problem.
