backup

Recently I backed up my entire computer on my desktop and it has taken alot of space on my harddrive. How do I delete the backup, by the way I have windows xp and backed it up using windows accessories.

lubertas,

Either right-click the backup icon on your desktop and select Delete or open Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Documents and Settings\ Your account\Desktop and right-click the file name and select Delete.

Denny, I did empty the recycle bin that did not work, I ended up using go back so that I could recover the file then I used wipe on norton and now I finally freed up the space on my hard drive.

Thanks for your help
