If you have Broadcom Wireless software installed on your computer you might see if uninstalling it then reinstalling it corrects the problem. If not, since that particular file is not necessary for the software's operation go to Start|Run, enter msconfig and click OK. On the Startup tab look for the entry that tries to load bcmwltry.exe and uncheck it. When you start the computer again it will alert you to the fact that you are using Selective Startup for troubleshooting. Check the box that tells Windows not to display that warning again and it won't bother you on subsequent installs.

That is not an error message, although that file may be referred to in the error message. That particular file is is the tray bar process for the Broadcom Corporation Wireless Network software. What is the complete message you receive at bootup?
