If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

If you problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Can you please help me? I suspect that I need to get a $70 replacement memory stick. But how do open a Dimension 2400? I tried, I looked on the back but no visible screws that hold the cover. I did this because I wanted to try to dust out the computer. There was a show or something I saw that it was a good idea to do this every once and awhile, and improve the performance a bit.
