Bitlocker Recovey Key - Bios update

I did a bios update on my Dell XPS 13-9365 2 days ago.  After the update finished a screen came up asking for a Bitlocker recover Key.

I have no Bitlocker recovery key, nor can I find mine as instructed.  Do not believe I created one

How do I located my bitlocker key (if I have one)?  How do I recover from this and not loose my data

Bitlocker will be enabled ONLY when the system is activated with a Microsoft account.  Use that to unlock the system.  See here:

I would check tpm and secure boot settings..I assume secure boot was enabled before flashing. Make sure it is still enabled. Same for tpm, make sure it's on and enabled.
