BITS Problem
Can't download Microsoft Update Install.Error message says "The BITS service failed to start because the executable program that this service is configured to run in does not implement the service." What to do???

Do you have "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" enabled?
Go to Start---Run. Type in "services.msc" (without quotes) OK
Look for "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" and make sure it is not disabled.
If disabled, double click on Background Intelligent Transfer Service .
General tab.. Make sure the startup type is not disabled. set it to manual or automatic, then click ok.
If this does not solve your problem, Google it, or wait for someone more knowledgeable to answer.
