Blank display after Version 1803 update
Dell M2800 running Windows 10 Version 1803 failed update to version 1903 several times. Each attempt to update invokes system restarts but Windows eventually boots to a black screen. I can't seem to start in safe mode because 1803 is rolled back instead of jumping in to safe mode.
Update history reports error 0xc1900101 after the roll back.
Suspect that driver shipped with Windows 1903 is incompatible with AMD FirePro W4170M. The driver that seems to work is version 26.20.13028.13.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

The procedure documented by All4Dell in the page linked below solved my problem and I am now running Windows 10 Version 1903.

I cannot figure out how to send kudos to All4Dell but his suggestion of removing the graphics device and enabling Airplane mode allowed the operating system to update.
