Blue screen error OXOOOOOOF4 which keeps looping

The PC Model Number is needed on any initial problem post.  It can make a difference. 

However, do a google search for OXOOOOOOF4 and you will find lots of information on it.  One or more of the results probably are the same problem as you are having so see if the reported fixes work.

The CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION bug check has a value of 0x000000F4. This indicates that a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

Microsoft suggest the following

I have been getting the Blue Screen oooooooo problems, it cuts out and re-boots several time, ineterruptiing my work.

My model is DELL Inspiron 1720. WindowVista Home Premium. I have had it since May 2008.
