Blue screen (Stop: 0x0000000A) while attempting to install win xp pro

I am doing a fresh install of windows xp pro on a Dell Optiplex GX240

 

It creates and formats the partition, starts copying the files and gets to the d's and then pops up this error:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to preven damage to your computer.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I've flashed the bios to the latest (A05), I've reset the bios, I've pulled the modem card and disabled just about all I can in the bios and still get this error.  Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
